If you care about freedom I strongly suggest you get involved and stay informed about legislation that will impact the web.

This Dec 3rd - 14th, the ITU, an agency of the UN, is holding a conference (WCIT-12) to discuses the following topics:

• Human right of access to communications
• Security in the use of ICTs
• Protection of critical national resources
• International frameworks
• Charging and accounting, including taxation
• Interconnection and interoperability
• Quality of service
• Convergence

The concern is that decisions made at this meeting will directly and may negatively impact the way we interact and use the web by being implemented through government agencies without the voice of the people or their elected representatives.

We are connected by the web in a way never before seen in history. It is a tool to inform, entertain, conduct commerce, share . . . let's keep it open and free!

Snowboarder Kelly Clark and Olympic gold medalist is coming to Albuquerque July 27th - 28th at New Life City for an Extreme Love event.

If you ever wanted to meet Kelly Clark or listen to her talk about her experience in the sport this looks to be a great opportunity to do so.

Also, she will be accompanied by Christian musical talent Kim Walker-Smith. You can see and listen to some of her music on Youtube.

Playing around with the GoPro HD Hero2 we were able to broadcast live via the new mini-HDMI port by the SD card slot. This opens the camera up for some very interesting and fun setups!
